We coordinate the communication and follow the case through within the agreed maintenance, so you don’t have to handle the technical correspondence yourself.

Third parties’ actions, timelines and decisions are outside our control. Additional development work, external costs and damage caused by actions of the client or of administrators the client has granted access are not automatically covered by the maintenance subscription and are quoted separately.

Frequently asked questions about maintenance

Monthly WordPress maintenance starts at €22/month excl. VAT. The exact price is set after a review of the website’s existing systems. When possible we prefer one payment a year in advance, but we can start with monthly payments and discuss an annual option later.

For safety we keep copies in two places: daily backups come from the hosting, and a second set - kept by us - is made once a month. If anything happens to the hosting, we have a fallback copy to restore the site from. For this we need access to the hosting account.

For websites built by SALAZAR, hosting and maintenance start at €29/month excl. VAT for ordinary business (brochure) sites and go up to €45+ per month for online stores and platforms. Hosting is sized to the website’s scale and complexity.

Troubleshooting and improvements on WordPress sites beyond the subscription are €39/hour excl. VAT for all our subscription clients - whether they use technical maintenance or marketing services - and €59/hour excl. VAT at the standard rate. Every additional task is estimated and agreed in advance.
