1. Who Processes Your Data
The data controller is SALAZAR EOOD (trading as SALAZAR Marketing Agency), company reg. no. 206001214, VAT No. BG206001214, with registered office and address of management: Svoge 2260, 2 Hristo Botev St., Bulgaria, represented by Managing Director Petar Bozhidarov Pavlov. You can contact us at [email protected] or by phone at 0895 954 580.
2. What Data We Collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we process the following categories of data:
- Data from contact forms and inquiries — name, email address, phone number, company name and the content of the message you send us.
- Data from communication channels — messages sent via WhatsApp, Viber or Messenger.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device and visit statistics, collected through cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
- Client data — upon conclusion of a service agreement: billing and communication data necessary for the performance of the service.
3. Purposes for Which We Use the Data
- Responding to inquiries and providing a consultation or quote;
- Performance of a contract for the provision of marketing and web services;
- Issuing invoices and maintaining accounting records in accordance with Bulgarian law;
- Analyzing website traffic and improving content — only after consent has been given for analytics cookies;
- Sending marketing communications — only with explicit consent, with the option to unsubscribe at any time.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your data on one of the following grounds: performance of a contract or taking steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); a legal obligation related to accounting and tax legislation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR); consent given by you (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — for example, for analytics and marketing cookies; or our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries and improving our services (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
5. Who We Share Data With
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted processors necessary for our activity — our hosting provider, our email communication provider and, where consent has been given, analytics and advertising platforms (e.g. Google, Meta), as described in the Cookie Policy. All processors are bound by contractual data-protection obligations.
6. Data Retention
We store data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected — typically until the communication or our contractual relationship ends, unless the law requires a longer period (e.g. accounting documents are retained in accordance with the requirements of the Bulgarian Accountancy Act).
7. Your Rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to:
- access your personal data;
- correct inaccurate data;
- erasure of your data (“the right to be forgotten”);
- restriction of processing;
- data portability;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
To exercise these rights, write to us at [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP), www.cpdp.bg.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last change indicated at the top of the document.
