Ad budgets are not included

The prices listed are for marketing management only - strategy, execution, optimization and reporting. Budgets spent directly with Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram and other ad platforms are paid separately by you, according to your set monthly limit.

One-time setup fees are billed separately

Every new advertising channel includes a one-time setup fee. The exact amount is shown on each card, and the “What’s included?” button explains what the setup covers.

Prices exclude VAT

All prices listed exclude VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise in an individual offer.

No unnecessary commitments

Advertising packages and posting plans run month to month - you can cancel at any time after checking in with your manager. Maintenance starts with monthly payments, and we can discuss a prepaid annual option if you prefer.

Short answers about budgets, setup, posting plans, websites and maintenance.

No. The prices cover marketing management - strategy, execution, optimization and reporting. The budget for Google, Meta and other platforms is paid by you directly, according to your monthly limit. If the ad budget exceeds €500, 3% of the budget is added to the management fee.

The fee is one-time for each new channel - Meta €45, Google €80, Email €60. It covers creating or connecting the accounts if needed, setting up tracking and building the campaign structure. Monthly management is separate. You’ll see the details under the “What’s included?” button on every advertising card.

You choose a plan: Silver - 4 posts per month (€119), Gold - 8 posts and 1 short animated video/Reel as a bonus (€239), or Business - 12 posts and 1 short promo video each month as a bonus (€339). The content is aligned with your marketing strategy and business goals, and we create and publish it on Facebook and Instagram. Publishing on an additional channel (X, TikTok, etc.) is €15 per channel per month. More about our Social Media service.

A business website (brochure site) with a contact form - from €790; a small online store - from €1,480; an online store with more functionality, categories, filters and pages - from €2,360. For websites we build, hosting and maintenance start at €29/month for business (brochure) sites and go up to €45+ per month for online stores and platforms - depending on size and complexity. Maintenance of existing WordPress sites starts at €22/month excl. VAT, and the exact price is set after a review of the systems. See Maintenance & Hosting.

Updates for installed and licensed plugins, themes and software; periodic checks of the store’s main functions; backup monitoring and a response to technical problems; help with Google Analytics and Google Search Console; backups in 2 places - daily ones from the hosting and monthly ones kept by us (we need access to the hosting account). Premium Wordfence PRO security (€130/year) and the CleanTalk anti-spam system (€10/year) are included too - about €140 a year in total at no extra charge. Unused time from the subscription does not carry over.
