From 30 years of experience on the farm to an online store that finally does it justice
Malak Chardak Farm Shop produces fresh pork and homemade cured specialties, refined over more than 30 years in the meat-processing industry — with its own farm and a modern butchery. Before we worked together, that reputation existed only among customers who knew the farm personally — the brand had no online presence at all. We built an online store from scratch, with a full catalog of more than 40 products, that finally shows the quality behind every cut.
Real quality. Unprovable online.
Before we started, Malak Chardak relied solely on reputation built in person — from customers who had visited the farm or heard about it from someone who had. We identified three specific problems:
No online presence at all
More than 30 years of experience on the farm and in the butchery led nowhere online — there was no website where a new customer could check what was on offer before calling or visiting.
Over 40 products, listed nowhere
28 cuts of pork and 12 types of pork byproducts — a rich range that could previously only be checked in person, with no catalog, prices, or photos visible in advance.
Trust that needed proof, not just a claim
A farm of their own, humane animal treatment, modern climate-control equipment — all of it was real, but there was no way to show it or have it checked by someone who was only just learning about the brand.
An online store built around trust
The goal was to carry 30 years of experience and a real production process into a clear, easy-to-shop storefront — without touching the brand's existing logo or visual identity.
A full product catalog by category
"Pork Meat" (28 items) and "Pork Byproducts" (12 items), with a built-in search — customers find the exact cut in seconds, instead of calling to ask what's in stock.
Decorative visual elements, not a new logo
The client's existing logo and branding stayed untouched — we added diagonally-clipped frames for the production-process photos and a unified dark backdrop for the product photography, in step with the brand's existing red-and-white identity.
Transparency about the production process
A dedicated section walking through the journey from farm to display case step by step — feeding, humane treatment, cold storage — so the quality is seen, not just claimed.
A direct inquiry form on the homepage
A simple message form, visible right on load — for customers who want to ask about stock or quantity without hunting for a phone number or waiting on a Facebook reply.
Contact details and hours at a glance
The farm's address, phone number and working hours (weekdays plus Saturday morning) — always visible, so it's always clear exactly when and how to order or visit.
An SEO foundation for category and local search
Content and structure built around real customer queries — "fresh pork online," "pork farm near me" — a foundation for the store to be found by people outside the existing circle of customers.
From farm to display case, shown step by step
A product catalog that's easy to browse, and a production process that's easy to see — trust built with facts, not just promises.
